One Today screen
Your schedule, what's in progress, the unscheduled tray and today's habits, side by side. Quick-add a task without leaving it.
Free to start · No ads · Works on your phone
A day planner for people juggling a few streams of work alongside everything else. Give every task a time, see where each one stands, and keep the habits that hold the rest together. It reminds you when it matters, and it fits in your pocket.
How it works
A small loop that keeps every stream of work moving without losing the routines that keep you going.
A morning reminder opens your day. Start with what's in progress, then give the rest a time slot. Your habits are already there.
Work from Today on any screen. A notification tells you when the next thing starts; tick it off, move its card along, carry on.
An evening reminder shows how it went: planned five, done three, habits two of three. Move what's left, and tomorrow starts clearer.
On your phone
Plans change away from the desk. The whole planner works with one thumb, and it taps you on the shoulder when something is about to start.
Who it's for
Several streams of work, a life around them, and not enough hours to keep it all in your head.
What you get
The schedule, the status of every task and the habits behind them, working as one product instead of three apps.
Your schedule, what's in progress, the unscheduled tray and today's habits, side by side. Quick-add a task without leaving it.
Drag tasks onto the day in 15-minute steps. Long tasks fill every hour they take, and dragging a block back unschedules it.
To do, In progress, Blocked and Done, for each objective and across everything, with a filter per stream of work.
Unscheduled tasks wait in the order you choose, with in-progress work on top, until you give them a time.
Plan in the morning, review in the evening, and get a heads-up before tasks and habits start. Email or push, each one switchable.
Group tasks and subtasks under a goal and watch the progress bar move. Tasks don't need one, and you can assign it later.
Every day or just Mon, Wed and Fri. Habits show up on the right days, keep their own streaks, and move with a drag.
A tab bar, one tap for a task's actions, a timeline that opens at the current time, and a week you can scroll. Installs to your home screen.
An optional one-tap check-in at the end of the day, and insights that compare how you felt with what you finished.
Inside the app
Each one answers a single question: what am I doing when, where does everything stand, and am I keeping it up?
Today
Open the app and the day is already laid out: the schedule on one side, and on the other the work in progress, the tasks still waiting for a slot, and today's habits.

3Timeline
A task without a time tends to slip. Drag it from the tray onto the hour you'll do it, move it when plans change, or drop it back on the tray if today isn't the day.

Day viewBoard
One board for everything, or one per objective. Move a card when its status changes and the rest of the app follows: done on the board means done everywhere.

Questions
A list tells you what to do. Mood Logger also asks when: tasks go onto an hourly timeline, their status lives on a board, and your habits sit in the same day. Everything comes together on one Today screen.
Yes, it's built for it. A tab bar keeps Today, Timeline, Board and Habits under your thumb, and tapping any task opens its actions: done, start, move it on the timeline or give it a time. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
If you want it to. Choose a morning reminder to plan the day and an evening one to review it, by email or as a notification on your phone. Notifications can also tell you when a task is about to start, when a habit is due, what's due today and when something has been blocked for days. Each one has its own switch.
No. Planning, boards and habits work on their own. The check-in is one optional tap at the end of the day, and if you use it, it helps you see how your energy tracks with what you get done.
We store it so the app can show it back to you. We don't run ads and we don't sell your data. You can download everything from your Account page at any time, or delete your account and all of it with it.
